To be baptized into the name of the Triune God means to be immersed in the very life of the Triune God. To be taught to do everything that Jesus commanded is to hear what Jesus says through the Bible, and then put what He says into practice in our daily lives. Baptism and Teaching, this is what happens when we gather together to in Jesus' name.
